1. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping Policy

We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders with a product total of €60 or more.

For orders with a product total under €60, shipping costs will be calculated automatically and displayed clearly during the final step of the checkout process, based on your delivery address and chosen shipping method. Please note that the product prices displayed on our website do not include shipping costs.

4. Special Delivery Services for Spain

We offer Monday Delivery and Saturday Delivery options for customers in Spain. Please check eligibility during checkout.

5. International Shipping & Customs

For orders shipped outside the European Union, any time required for customs clearance is not included in the estimated delivery times. The customer is solely responsible for all potential import duties, tariffs, and customs fees.

6. Privacy & Anonymous Packaging

All our shipments are sent in completely anonymous packaging. There are no external or internal markings that identify the contents. The sender will be labeled as the logistics operator (e.g., PC LOGISTIC) to ensure maximum discretion.

7. Order Receipt & Inspection

You have 5 days from the date of receipt to verify the integrity and completeness of your order. Any issues (damage, missing items) must be reported within this period according to the procedure below.

8. Procedure for Damaged Packages

Important! If a package shows any signs of being tampered with, opened, or significantly damaged, you must NOT accept the delivery.

  • If the driver is present: Refuse the delivery, ask the driver to make a note, and email us immediately.
  • If the driver is not present: You must take photos of the outer box and email us with all relevant photos within 2 business days.

9. Delays Due to Force Majeure

We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations caused by an event outside our reasonable control (“Force Majeure Event”).
