Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with every product you purchase. If you need to return an item for any reason, please read the policy below carefully.

1. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

Under current EU legislation, you have 14 calendar days from the day you (or a third party designated by you) receive the product to decide to return it, without needing to provide a reason.

2. Return Conditions

  • Return Period: You must request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving the product.
  • Product Condition: The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original, undamaged state.
  • Original Packaging: It must be returned with its full original packaging, all accessories, labels, and factory safety seals intact. Items with damaged safety seals will not be accepted.
  • Full Return: To qualify for a full refund, you must return the entire package (including the purchased product and any gifts/promotional items included with your order).

3. Non-Returnable Items (Exceptions)

Due to health and hygiene protection, the following products are excluded from the 14-day “no-reason return” policy:

  • Adult toys
  • Intimate apparel
  • Sexual health and erotic cosmetics (e.g., intimate care products, erotic makeup)
  • Other items clearly labeled as “clearance” or “non-returnable.”

4. How to Request a Return (For Personal Reasons)

  • Submit Your Request: Email us at linksm.store@gmail.com with the subject line “Return Request” and include your order number.
  • Await Authorization: Do not return the product until you receive confirmation from our customer service team. We will send detailed return instructions, including the shipping address.
  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are your responsibility for personal reasons (not due to merchant error). We strongly recommend using tracked shipping to ensure the item arrives safely.

5. Received an Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Item?

We inspect all products before shipping, but occasional issues may occur. If you receive a problem:

  • Contact Us Immediately: Email linksm.store@gmail.com with your order number within 5 days of delivery (per our shipping terms).
  • Provide Proof: Include clear photos or short videos showing the error, damage, or defect.
  • Resolution: After verification, we will cover all return shipping costs and arrange a free replacement or full refund for you.

6. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item (confirming it meets our return conditions), we will process your refund:

  • For Personal Returns: We refund the product purchase price (return shipping costs are your responsibility).
  • For Merchant Errors: We refund the product price, original shipping costs, and return shipping costs.
  • Processing Time: Refunds typically process within 7 business days. However, bank/payment provider processing times may extend this to a maximum of 30 business days.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be sent back to your original payment method.
